“Ebb Tide” watercolor is a scene commonly found along many shorelines. What I liked about this scene besides the seagull was the green seaweed. I tried to paint many of the different textures from this scene. I used 300 lb. D’Arches watercolor paper with a rougher finish. I find this paper works well when painting textures in watercolor. What types of watercolor paper do you like to use when painting textures?
