I have just finished this decorative chair of a setting sun over the Lynde Light in Saybrook, Connecticut. I paint the seat of the chair like it is an extension of the dock. The dock looks like it comes right out of the painting on the back of the chair and onto the seat. I used pastel colors and added the whitewash wood graining effect on the whole chair. This decorative chair is great to have when you need an extra seat and it is sure to be a conversation piece.
