This landscape painting is a watercolor that I recently finished of a small barn near where I live in Old Lyme, Connecticut. The overall size is 17 by 15 inch and is in a nice double mat and wood frame. We have been practicing wood grain and stonewall textures in my Sat. afternoon watercolor class in Old Saybrook. This painting has the wood grain in the barn and a stone foundation along with grass texture in the foreground.
